Eligibility Requirements: Applicants with no command of Chinese are generally required to take Chinese language courses for 1 year before their major studies. For courses instructed by Chinese including literature, history, philosophy, pedagogy and law, the applicants should reach HSK (level 5) or with a score of over 210 on the HSK (level 4); For courses instructed by Chinese including science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, economics and management, the applicants should reach HSK (level 4) or with a score of over 190 on the new HSK (level 4). There's no requirement on applicants' Chinese level for English-medium courses. Apllicants in non-English-speaking country are required to have IELTS of at least 6.5 OR TOFEL of at least 90. Applicants for English-medium courese are required to provide TOEFL and IELTS certificates (not including applicants whose native language is English)
